The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 紧紧凑凑的一部剧，soon we all say goodbye
发生在纽芬兰小岛上的暖心故事，真是一群可爱的人。p.s.前有《汉密尔顿》，后有《来自远方》，这样的官方录制麻烦多来点好吗！

一个小镇接待7千多911事件影响下不能回国的人，温暖又感动！
从头到尾情绪都冲到了头顶，眼泪汪汪，最后字幕出对比照片的时候眼泪哗哗流，居然还有猩猩的照片，破防了。一人分饰多角、场景转换也井井有条毫不费力。完成了我看音乐剧有字幕的美梦。
很不错，音乐剧总是从始至终调动气氛，维持着舞台的充盈。
911之后真正反思外交政策的有作品吗？只有这些逃避大问题，满足点温情的东西吗？

看完直想拍手叫好，几近完美，很可能是我今年看过最好的电影/舞台剧/音乐剧了，百老汇果然名不虚传！
如果不是这狗日的疫情我应该会看到现场版😭😭😭人间有真情人间有真爱
看似很美式主旋律，但就是能够被这样人性的光辉所感动。
从发现是讲911的故事开始就一直流泪，编排得太好了，性别、宗教、种族、人性方面都有涉及但一点都不觉得拥挤，人物特点很鲜明所以角色切换和转场都很自然，立意也很好，既缅怀失去也致敬收获。好喜欢音乐剧群像！

我以为911题材会很沉重，但很积极很快乐啊，有细节有思考，转换很流畅，女机长太帅了。人与人之间的善意好治愈。
4.7 从头哭到尾 甚至不用什么情节触动 仅仅在这种人类共同体的氛围下无法抵挡去同感一场不可愈合的灾难的痛和人们相互取暖的温柔。/感染力好好 旋律还行 中东线和动物线好喜欢/这是我见过最不养闲人的剧组了
人性的光辉时刻。特别在今年奥斯卡这么烂的情况下，期待一下托尼。不过911和双伊、伊拉克战争其实是有因果的。
