The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 把美国人的自大表现的清清楚楚，感觉自己正在做正确的事，结果却一定是坏的，因为方向错了，越努力越要命。且结局还非要给自己脸上贴金，和原版相比，此版意图尤其可恶。演员表演中规中矩。
还好，其实并不太算是悬疑片。几乎全部场景都是主角在呼叫中心的独角戏，靠对白和表演撑起全部内容，看上去很低成本的样子，这一点还是很厉害的。
故事剧情的发展非常抓人，高潮迭起完全无尿点。
「廣播劇」式作品，很考各演員的功架(無論是表情還是聲音)，導技反而不太重要。Jake Gyllenhaal由頭帶到尾，而且駕馭得到片中的大量特寫鏡頭。
三星半。Jake的独角戏，全程只有他，还拉特写怼脸拍，观众只能靠他的表演和电话那头声音来判断故事的推展，基本处于和接线员一样的视角，有意思。Jake真的演什么都很稳。

全程杰哈独角戏，99.9％的场景都在接线室，成本够低了。剧情也算是跌宕起伏，有逆转，两星半吧。
Jack的独角戏，性感男神就算不洗澡也还是那么迷人。

电话线上找不到出路的可怜人，911指挥中心里找不到出路的接线员，破碎者拯救破碎者，愈是痛苦愈是纠结，本来不那么喜欢吉伦哈尔，但他表演实在挑不出毛病，抑郁，暴躁，痛苦，愧疚，焦急，软弱，能清晰地区分出他的情绪来源，层次感非常好，张力十足，全片没有动作戏，没有性感花瓶，但小成本拍成大制作的感觉，网飞出品的正片上限又被推高几分。
对比丹麦版的高冷，好莱坞版明显感情充沛、外露。
不因主演的话，我是不会看这部电影的，感觉奈飞的好剧/电影不多。
几乎算是独角戏，所以表演必须要外放一点，杰克真是演技了得。
jake老独角戏表演艺术家了，卡司用有限的哭腔喘息去传达复杂情绪，同时包裹很多琐碎典型社会问题，再来点世界末日的氛围，还是挺美式翻拍的，broken people save broken people，amen
杰克努力了，但真的无聊又烂，连基本的叙事都没能完成。那个被伤害的儿子到底怎么被伤害的为什么被伤害没说清楚，针对电话那头的男女主的说明也不够…
