The story appears simple on the surface, but is revealed, especially after multiple viewings, as more multi-layered and textured than Cassavetes at his best. Ostensibly it concerns a 14-year old Catholic girl, Wynne (Agutter) growing up in this post-modern wasteland, who develops a crush on her much older adoptive brother (Marshall)- a crush which perversely deepens and grows into infatuation once she starts to believe he is the local sex killer. This is in itself an idea that makes you sit up and jolt, but as the narrative develops, it continues not necessarily along a linear path but in several confusing and fascinating directions: the family's history, (detailed effectively in chilling flashback during an improvised seance) is a chequered one, and has suffered at least one major relocation and upheaval in the last ten years. At the crux, however, it's the depiction of socialal changes that make I Start Counting so fascinating and elevate its language far beyond the confines of the standard horror film. The major subtext- that teenage girls were maturing more quickly than before, and developing full sexual and romantic appetites (even if in thought rather than deed) but were not possessed of enough discretion to make the right choices- was a step forward for a genre in which its young females had previously been portrayed as bimbo victims (Cover Girl Killer and The Night Caller spring to mind), but not one that all viewers would necessarily agree with. But most striking of all, and possibly the most enduring image which the viewer will take away with them, is of the masterful symbolism with which director Greene invests every shot. Every inch of the Kinch family's world- their house, their walls, their TV, Agutters underwear, bedroom furniture and toys, Sutcliffe's clothes, Marshalls van, the local Catholic church, their town centre, their record shop) - is painted a bright, scintillating white- a white which, by inference, is slowly becoming smudged and corrupted with the dirt of the outside world. White also symbolises, of course, purity and innocence (two qualities Catholic schoolgirls are supposed to hold dear), and it is into this world of innocence that the ever-present red bus (a symbol of violation and penetration), conducted by the lecherous yet similarly juvenile Simon Ward, makes regular journeys. The allegory is further expanded in one scene where Agutter believes she sees the Christ figure in church weeping blood: by the time we acknowledge it, its gone, but the seed has already been planted. Rarely in a genre production has the use of colour and background been so important or effective in creating a uniformity of mood. I Start Counting is as near-perfect an end to a decade as one could hope for, and exactly the kind of film people should be making now- which is, of course, exactly why they never will. 有研究证明，猪在恐惧中死去，肉质会变差，如果能在音乐中，快乐的死去，不会改变肉的味道。估计男主也想让这些“食物”能够快乐一点，新鲜一点。没想到最后玩大了。
胃口被调的挺高，味道却比较一般，有那么一点新鲜？
喜剧元素和惊悚猎奇元素平分秋色吧，没有特别突出的点，节奏确实慢了些，我不喜欢结尾非要回去拿手机这个设计，但是最后一秒这个短信真的又很有趣味~
没有想象中的惨兮兮，很温暖又有力量的电影，女性导演的视角真的温柔又坚韧，另外非常非常喜欢导演的叙事手法。武哥和叶老师的故事线承包了大部分笑点，好甜呀～耀武扬威CP支愣起来哇，玲姐不亏是男神收割机

一时没搞清楚是侮辱了犯人的智商还是观众的智商
温暖的电影，女导演果然比较细腻。喜欢周冬雨，贾玲，朱一龙，吴彦姝那几part。
哈哈哈哈哈看到有人说是艾米锤的年度十佳，不过想吃人的都是咋回事啊，人应该是最脏的动物了吧。
屁屁被切掉的女主——坐着吃饭；丁丁被咬掉的男主——以一打三；逃离魔窟的女主——独自回去拿手机；唯一有点脑子的酒保小哥，听到枪声就跑。
谁说这种简单的爽烂片看着不爽了？没抱任何期待的打开但竟然意外的舒服，就，有时候别看太牛逼太复杂太艺术的电影了，看点这种简简单单新鲜刺激俗套的电影也蛮放松的，真的观感很舒服，我觉得很好的片子啊6分有点低了我说实话。。更何况男女主颜值都那么高，尤其女主，简直是梦中情人白月光初恋的感觉，心动死了。很血腥恶心变态一个故事但是却拍的特别绅士美好高雅，也是很绝。最后再感叹一下女主太美了太美了太美了为了她我都想看normal people了。
一部极为温暖的电影，关注普通人的电影。
疫情最严重的时期已经过去，电影《穿过寒冬拥抱你》再现了武汉平凡市民在两年前，面对疫情的勇敢和温情。 商人夫妇在疫情中有失去有收获，重新认识了自己，快递员勇哥舍小家为大家，堪称逆行英雄，武哥和叶老师的故事，冲破世俗偏见赚了最多的笑声与眼泪，老年组爱情最最动容，满是夕阳红。春暖花开后让人忍不住相互拥抱和鼓励，武汉人民真棒，中国人民真棒👍

3.5分，强行尬哭，隔靴搔痒。
浪费时间 ，如坐针毡，选这么一个跨年的时间来消费疫情，拍的什么七拼八凑的电影。为了煽情而煽情，为了狗血而狗血，高龄产妇生孩子，态度大反转，大方捐赠物资。我真不明白编剧导演的脑子在想什么，拍这一段是为了鼓励生育吗？七零八碎的片段东一点西一段，几度想要离开电影院！近期看过最烂的电影
其实本来还有点期待女主黑化成新一任女主人上位的
