剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up.     此类电影的同质化严重，很难拍出新意。空间感所带来的惊悚氛围恰到好处，将女性视角下的日常恐惧表现的也极其到位。试想一下，男性在夜晚无人的街道走路，背后跟着一个女性，男的大多不害怕。而反转性别，女性走着后面跟着一个男人，作为女性自然会害怕，因为这是力的差距以及媒体上偶发报道的社会性恶性事件所共同打造的一个恐惧症。你让她不害怕，让她“rational”，很抱歉，做不到。

    AMC double feature. Saw the supermarket bit a few days ago & thought it was cringe. Didn’t have high hopes for today but I was pleasantly surprised. Some parts really got me. Some really thoughtful shots & editing. Not familiar w the original might dig it up & take a look.
